PM11 and PM12 pressure pads are 230mm x 160mm x 3mm in size. In view of their smaller size these pressure pads are often used in novel applications, chairs, seats, hand operated, targets in games, precise media presentation triggers etc.
The PM11 has normal sensitivity and will detect a person either walking over or standing on it. The pressure mat should be covered by carpet or a similar floor covering. The PM12 has an increased sensitivity and will detect a lighter load, see data sheet.
The image shows the pressure mat with 2 separate wires, It is also available with a 2 core round cable up to 3 metres in length.
